  • 2 ounces (about 1/3 of a cup) blue cheese use a good quality blue cheese like Roquefort for best flavour
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • teaspoons coarse ground pepper


  • In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients. Mash the blue cheese against the bowl as you mix, but leave some chunks.
  • Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
