Easy Salmon Pâté
My good friend Judy brought this yummy pate to a pot luck event that I was attending with my daughter. My daughter who loves everything fish exclaimed, "Mom you have to get this recipe!" Well here it is and I have to say that we make it often, especially when we just want to have a "snacking" kind of meal. It is quick and easy to put together and is a nice change from the typical meat pates. In the winter, I love serving it with sliced up homemade dill pickles, cherry tomatoes and fresh sliced peppers.
